And through the LCD or other modules, it can complete the indication of the mechanical working hours or the cumulative display of the working hours, and at the same time reflect the working status of the machinery through the built-in fault diagnosis system, prompting the user to maintain the host.

Instrument function :
1. Large-screen LCD display
Analog quantity display, switch information display, alarm prompt, throttle position display, fault information display, time display, etc.
2. Alarm
When an alarm occurs, the alarm indicator will light up, the buzzer will sound, and there will be Chinese/icon prompts.
3. Silence
When an alarm occurs, it can be silenced by the silence button. Note that some alarms in some models cannot be silenced, and can not be silenced until the alarm signal is eliminated.
4. Automatic idling
The automatic idling function can be selected through the operation panel. When this function is selected, when all the operating handles are in the neutral position (that is, the machine has neither walking nor working related actions), after a period of time (default is 3 seconds), the throttle will automatically lower from the current position to the idle position ; After the automatic idle speed is executed, if the operating handle is moved or the automatic low speed selection button is pressed once, the throttle will immediately return to the throttle dial position from the idle speed position.
5. Walking speed
The walking speed can be changed by the walking key on the operation panel. Press the walking key (the default is low speed after power-on), the walking solenoid valve will be energized, and the machine's walking speed will be high; press the walking key again, the walking solenoid valve will lose Electricity, the walking speed of the machine is low speed (the LCD screen also has the change of walking icons during the switch of the keys, namely the rabbit and the tortoise).
6. Gear throttle control-H, S, L, B
The no-load speed is divided into 4 speeds from low to high, and the speed of the 4th speed can be modified through the LCD screen.
7. Knob control throttle stepless gear throttle control
The throttle can be adjusted stepless through the knob.
8. Automatic setting of throttle position
After the machine is newly installed or the machine has been running for a period of time, the throttle position needs to be calibrated after reassembly or mechanical deformation. At this time, the throttle position can be automatically set through the LCD screen.
9. Self-diagnosis
When the electrical system fails, it can automatically sound and light alarm, and there is an icon prompt. Such as various sensor alarms.
10. Fault memory
It can automatically record the type and date and time of the occurrence of the fault, and can be searched through the menu operation.
