Anti-rust oil is an oil solvent with reddish-brown appearance and anti-rust function. It is made of high-quality mineral oil as the base oil and mixed with various anti-rust agents.
Application range
This product is suitable for long-term packaging and anti-rust of ferrous metal products, such as hardware, tools, auto parts, machine tool accessories, standard parts, and knitting machinery. This product is diluted with kero-sene for process rust prevention.
Features
It has good anti-rust performance on ferrous metals; long anti-rust period, which can reach more than two years under normal temperature; has strong oil film adhesion ability, and has good human perspiration replacement.
Product variety
Various grades such as F20-1 and 103 are available.
Precautions
The workpiece should be cleaned before using this product. This product is suitable for spraying, brushing, and the thickness of the oil film is preferably 0.02-0.1mm. Store in a ventilated and dry place indoors in a sealed state, avoiding direct sunlight, high temperature baking, flames and strong oxidants, etc. The minimum storage period is 36 months. When not in use, keep airtight.
